
Boulangerie Citron confit is a company that pushes the boundaries of allergen-free baking, a stimulating and creative work environment and a dynamic team.
We specialize in the manufacture of gluten-free and allergen-free breads and pastries, which we sell online, throughout Quebec and Ontario.
We are looking for someone to join our proactive team, who will occupy the position of artisan baker.
We offer you a competitive salary, a 4-day production schedule and if you want to use your creativity to contribute to the company's influence, your ideas for new gluten-free and allergen-free products are more than welcome.

Our artisan baker will have the main responsibilities:
- Supervise and participate in the preparation of bakery and pastry products, including: weighing, kneading, shaping, portioning, baking, etc.
- Ensure that bakery and pastry products meet the quality standards set by the company
- Assist in packaging prepared products
- Help clean the workshop, respecting MAPAQ standards
- Any other tasks related to the employment of a baker
Are you the person we are looking for?
Level of education and training:
- If you have a degree in cooking, baking or pastry, it is an asset
- Same thing for hygiene and sanitation training
Years of experience related to the job:
- None, we offer on-site training
The person sought must possess the following skills:
- works in a team in a dynamic and respectful manner
- enjoys taking on challenges and providing creative solutions in solving problems or developing new products
- has stamina and enjoys physical work
- demonstrates rigor, attention to detail and has a good sense of organization
- has the ability to adapt quickly

- French
Salary offered:
- Depending on experience. From $18.00 to $20.00 - per hour
Hourly :
- Full time: 30 to 35 hours / week
- Our schedule is Monday through Thursday.
- Day job. Production starts around 7am in the morning, until around 3pm in the afternoon. If you are a morning person, we can also make arrangements! 😉
Good to know
- No baking or pastry training is necessary. We will teach you all our secrets!
- Training in bread and pastry production will be carried out in-house
- Expected start date : as soon as possible
