Our breads do not contain any preservatives or stabilizers. It is therefore best to refrigerate or freeze what will not be consumed quickly. You can freeze the whole loaf or slice it before putting it back in its bag and placing it in the freezer.
To make your bread soft again, you need to reheat it! If you plan on eating your whole loaf, reheat it (once it's thawed) in the oven at 350°F for 8 to 15 minutes.
