Conservation :
Our breads do not contain any preservatives or stabilizers. It is therefore best to refrigerate or freeze what will not be consumed quickly. You can freeze the whole loaf or slice it before putting it back in its bag and placing it in the freezer.
To make your bread soft again, you need to reheat it! If you plan on eating your whole loaf, reheat it (once it is well defrosted) in the oven at 350°F for 8 to 15 minutes. Otherwise, toast the slices in the toaster, on low, several times, until they are toasted to your liking. This way, your slices will be well reheated, all the way to the center, without burning!
