Are you curious to know where this naughty play on words, Quinoam, comes from? No? We'll tell you anyway! Well, first of all, we thought that "gluten-free quinoa bread" sounded a bit boring. So we thought about it during a few nights of baking. And we found it! Noam is the son of Gabrielle, our founder. Her little wolf was only 10 months old when Gab put on her apron and got to the stove. It's no small feat, breastfeeding right before leaving very early (or very late?) to shape handmade bread...
It was worth dedicating a loaf to her, to sweeten her days as an entrepreneur mom. You guessed it: quinoa and Noam, it gives Quinoam ! Well yes, we are brilliant like that. You have now entered the secret of the artisan-baker gods .
You know what's even more brilliant? The nutty taste in every bite . Special, for a nut-free bakery! For real, you're going to enjoy it, and it'll be the millet's fault. We also salute the quinoa flour, which gives a little "kick" with its hint of bitterness. And what's more, our gluten-free and allergen-free Quinoam bread is particularly soft... What more could you want? Enjoy it everywhere, all the time, for breakfast, dinner or as an aperitif (word of Noam, now 6 years old!).

Conservation :
Our breads do not contain any preservatives or stabilizers. It is therefore best to refrigerate or freeze what will not be consumed quickly. You can freeze the whole loaf or slice it before putting it back in its bag and placing it in the freezer.
To make your bread soft again, you need to reheat it! If you plan on eating your entire loaf, reheat it (once it is well defrosted) in the oven at 350°F for 8 to 15 minutes. Otherwise, toast the slices in the toaster on low several times until they are toasted to your liking. This way, your slices will be warmed through to the center, without burning!
