We are therefore sharing with you 3 recipes for seasoning popcorn, in order to vary the pleasure and make great discoveries!

Attention!

All of these mixes are gluten-free and free of the top 10 allergens recognized by Health Canada . However, be sure to read the ingredient lists for spices and nutritional yeast to ensure they are safe for you or your family.

You can also watch the Ça va être bon! capsule , featuring Gabrielle and Anaé, who present the 3 recipes (note, the 3rd recipe is made with butter in the video, but you can replace it with a margarine permitted with your diet).

Anae's popcorn

This blend is a real explosion of flavors! The little smoky/BBQ side, the sweet-salty mix, the cheesy touch... we want more! Let yourself be charmed by Anaé's favorite blend!

  • 2 teaspoons of Paprika

Indian popcorn

The light taste of popcorn leaves plenty of room for the exotic flavors of this blend and its divine aromas! It's a great way to introduce the flavors of Indian cuisine to someone who is not familiar with these spices!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons of curry
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons of coriander powder

Mix the spices well, pour over the popcorn and mix again to coat the popcorn well.

Maple Caramel Popcorn

A great classic, with a little local flavor! Caramel popcorn is both a snack and a dessert, it's a comforting treat and it's eaten all by itself!

Be careful to let the popcorn cool before dipping your hands in it, the caramel will be very hot!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of margarine allowed with your allergies
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

Melt the margarine and brown sugar over medium heat, then add the syrup. As soon as the texture becomes thicker, pour the mixture over the popcorn and mix well.

Don't forget to let it cool!
