THE Gaspésie oat loaf that charms them all (and our favorite at the bakery). You have been warned!

Description

Oat bread is our little revolution: there are few like it that exist in the world of vegan, gluten-free and allergen-free breads , so we are very proud to offer it to you! This bread offers you a slightly sweet side, embellished with crunchy grains of naked oats.

The ideal soft companion for breakfasts! And what's more, we use oats from Gaspésie. We also love it in the bakery, because it rises perfectly, it shapes well, and it is without a doubt our most beautiful.

A real charm in bread, the king of toast. We challenge you: try it, and we bet you will salivate. Do you like breads that come with a sweet twist ? Also try the cranberry bread and the raisin bread .

We are Lemon Conquered by the oatmeal loaf because… 💛🍞

Quite simply, it's our favorite in the bakery team! We love the crunch of the naked oats and its little sweet oomph , and what's more, it's really fun to shape.

Conservation :

Our breads do not contain any preservatives or stabilizers. It is therefore preferable to refrigerate or freeze what will not be consumed quickly. You can freeze the whole loaf or slice it before putting it back in its bag and placing it in the freezer.

To make your loaf soft again, you need to reheat it! If you plan on eating your entire loaf, reheat it (once it's thawed) in the oven at 350°F for 8 to 15 minutes. Otherwise, toast the slices in the toaster on low heat several times until they're toasted to your liking. This way, your slices will be warmed through to the center, without burning!
