- Organic white rice flour
- Arrowroot starch
- Organic tapioca starch
- Organic Brown Rice Flour
- Organic cane sugar
- Organic deodorized sunflower oil
- Organic dry yeast
- Xanthan gum
- Organic sea salt
- Water

Conservation :
Our pizza doughs do not contain any preservatives or stabilizers. It is therefore best to refrigerate or freeze what will not be consumed quickly. You can also freeze them for 6 months.
All you have to do is brush the still-frozen pizza dough with olive oil, add the sauce and toppings of your choice, then bake for a few minutes at 425°F, until your toppings are ready. Buon appetito!
