Description

Bread 96 is simply for its rising time! 96 hours of cold fermentation. First, we recommend that you do not reverse the numbers. Second, we can already hear you asking: "what is it for?" Cold fermentation affects the aromas and structure of the bread, and brings a slightly tangy taste that recalls the aromas of traditional sourdough bread, which we love.

We are proud of this bread, because we did dozens of tests before arriving at it. And really, the taste is unmistakable. Imagine that a lady at a health fair already spat out her mouthful…! She didn't believe us that her bread was gluten-free.

However, all our breads and products are gluten-free and allergen-free, guaranteed! The 96 is our favorite to accompany tapenades, cheeses (vegan or not), hummus, etc. Mixed with baguette bread , you have a chef's aperitif.

We also love it as a base for vol-au-vent , without butter or palm oil!

Conservation :

Our breads do not contain any preservatives or stabilizers. It is therefore best to refrigerate or freeze what will not be consumed quickly. You can freeze the whole loaf or slice it before putting it back in its bag and placing it in the freezer.

To make your bread soft again, you need to reheat it! If you plan on eating your whole loaf, reheat it (once it's thawed) in the oven at 350°F for 8 to 15 minutes. Otherwise, toast the slices in the toaster on low several times until they're toasted to your liking. This way, your slices will be warmed through to the center, without burning!
