Its name pretty much says it all. Multi. Grains. We're looking for an original way to present it to you. But, we can't find one. Sometimes, there aren't a thousand ways to present the classics. Do Joe Dassin or Gilles Vigneault need an introduction? It's a bit the same with this gluten-free bread.
But we're still going to try. Multi: several. Grains: well, grains, there! We're not any further ahead, you say to yourself. You're right. Well, what we can tell you is that it is "Ze" gluten-free and allergen-free multigrain bread, perfect for days when you need energy. It's our highest protein bread. It sustains you for a while, we'll give you a roll of it! Even more than Quinoam , that's not nothing.
And buckwheat, well, it grows in our beloved Bas-du-fleuve. You'll see, with each bite, it will be like biting into one of the most beautiful regions of Quebec. Every morning, if you want! You just have to order several. All you need is a photo of our Bic sunsets to feel like you're among us.

Our breads do not contain any preservatives or stabilizers. It is therefore best to refrigerate or freeze what will not be consumed quickly. You can freeze the whole loaf or slice it before putting it back in its bag and placing it in the freezer.
To make your bread soft again, you need to reheat it! If you plan on eating your whole loaf, reheat it (once it's thawed) in the oven at 350°F for 8 to 15 minutes. Otherwise, toast the slices in the toaster on low several times until they're toasted to your liking. This way, your slices will be warmed through to the center, without burning!
