We are delighted to be on the show! What a joy to be able to share with the people of Quebec our passion for gluten-free and allergen-free artisanal baking!
Our appearance on the show and the increase in interest in our products certainly has an impact on Citron confit (mostly very positive!). We are always keen to prepare breads handmade by our artisan bakers.
To keep the soul behind each of our breads, we had to make some changes to our online store and our operation. Here are the main ones:
The Appearance of the Dragons' Basket
We decided to create a basket to replace the baskets that will be put on hold: the dragon basket. Here is what it contains:
- A bastard
- Olive bread
- A raisin bread
- A poppy seed loaf
- A sunflower and pumpkin bread
- 1 set of chopsticks (pack of 2)
- A quinoa (yum!)
- A multigrain
- A cranberry bread
- A set of two pizza doughs
- A pack of three burger buns
- Four assorted pancakes
Two additional bread productions per week
We managed to have new collaborators among us so we are able to make several productions per week! Not only can we better meet demand, but it also removes certain delivery constraints!
Some gluten-free delights will be temporarily unavailable
Some breads or some productions will be put on hold while we adjust to the new demand. This is not an easy decision but it allows us to maintain stable quality and production.
We have chosen to pause gluten-free pastries either because of more complex handling or because of the delays of some of our suppliers! When you are part of a short circuit with artisanal producers, you have to give everyone a chance to adjust to growth!
Here is the list of products that will be paused while we adjust:
