It has now arrived, here it is, the "Le Bic style Bagel" to compete with the "Montreal style Bagel". A great classic from our region, loved by more than one! This small, ring-shaped bread with a very firm texture is quite versatile, yes!
It can be eaten salty or sweet , with almond butter or jam, vegan cheese and smoked salmon (for those who are not allergic!). It can be eaten as a BLT – vegan bacon or not, tomatoes and lettuce – a real treat.
Our gluten-free and allergen-free bagel bread is very, very much appreciated by our customers. Its magical and unique twist? The chia seeds that give it a great taste.

Conservation :
Our bagels do not contain any preservatives or stabilizers, so it is best to refrigerate or freeze anything that will not be consumed quickly. You can freeze bagels whole or slice them before putting them back in their bag and placing them in the freezer.
To make your bagel soft again, you need to reheat it! You can place it (once it is defrosted) in the oven at 350 °F, for 8 to 15 minutes. Otherwise, toast the slices in the toaster, on low, several times, until they are toasted to your liking. This way, your slices will be warmed through to the center, without burning!
