The crust is crispy under the canine, and the crumb, oh so soft. The smell will remind you of your grandmother's bread, the one that fills the house with perfume, the promise of a moment of complicity for two, or ten. Because as they say, the more the merrier!
This magic wand can be used to make canapés in the oven, or croutons to dip in hummus or any dip that pleases your heart : candied onions, breadsticks, spreadable cheeses (vegan or lactose-free), or a simple quality olive oil. You might even want to try our famous strawberry bruschetta in the summer, and the stuffing in the winter. These are not jokes!

Our baguettes do not contain any preservatives or stabilizers. It is therefore best to refrigerate or freeze anything that will not be consumed quickly. You can freeze the baguette whole or slice it before putting it back in its bag and placing it in the freezer.
To make your baguette soft again, you need to reheat it! If you plan on eating it all, reheat it (once it's thawed) in the oven at 350°F for 8 to 15 minutes. Otherwise, toast the slices in the toaster on low heat several times until they're toasted to your liking. This way, your slices will be warmed through to the center, without burning!
