Recipe Description
Energy balls are a friend of the lunch box and the 3pm energy slump. Plus, they can be prepared in just a few moments, without cooking, with a handful of ingredients that you can vary according to your desires.

If you like, you can roll your energy balls in cocoa , matcha powder, or shredded coconut . They will keep for a week on the counter, in an airtight container, or 3 months in the freezer. So you can double or triple the recipe to have a reserve for busier weeks!
Ingredients
- 2 cups dried fruit of your choice (we suggest half dates, half raisins)
- 1 cup natural sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
- Mix until the mixture is sticky and crumbly.
- Wet your hands.
- Form balls with tablespoon portions.
- Refrigerate then enjoy!
